Webster West Side Flea Market Swap-O-Rama

For the last two summers, when we spent a week in Orleans Cape Cod, We would always visit Buddha Bob's Antique & Gift Shop.  Last time we were there we were talking wit the owners and mentioning Florida and they said that they would be in Mount Dora in Feb for Renningers.  Well, this year we went to Renningers (check our previous posts).  On Sunday, I Facebook messaged Buddha Bobs and asked if they wer eat Renningers.  They said that they weren't but were going to set up at Websters on Monday.  Hello Google "what is Websters?"

We we found out that one of the largest flea market & farmers market is Webster West Side Flea Market.  Link is here.  It was about  45 minutes from us so we decide to go on Monday.  When we got there it was $3 to park and entry was free.  The place was huge with vendors under long open sided buildings.  At first it was new stuff from China etc.  and many food vendors like the Big "E" in Springfield.

Then we came across the Farmers Market.  OMG it was 10 times better than the one in Winter Garden.  Whereas Winter Garden was a single vendor, this one had many vendors that were also the growers.

A full carton of freshly picked strawberries were $20.  As we were leaving later in the day, the price dropped to $18.  This was just like the California Strawberries, fresh, ripe & sweet.  Not like the junk we get in MA at the supermarket!

Wow look at those strawberries!
We kept walking & walking.  Then we found out there was a whole other field filled with antique dealers.  So we kept shopping, it was hot in the direct sun and on pavement!

As we were leaving we saw Elvis performing!

We bought a wallet, tee shirts, shoulder bag, a box of strawberries, Bok Choy,  Red Snapper for dinner later tonight, some Key West Shrimp and some broccoli.

After we got back home we chilled out on the patio with some gin & tonics.  Being on vacation is hard work!
